I'm a small business owner with a great team of employees. I feel lucky to have them and tell them this a lot. Lately, they seem to be taking advantage of the respect and flexibility I've given them - arriving late, leaving early. I had a meeting and reinforced what their works hours are. Not to sound like Steve Carroll from The Office (I love him), but I'd like to have a team of happy workers...so I'm taking a poll. What could your boss do to make you happier at work? My employees are paid extremely well and I am maxed out financially, so please don't say more money. I am already extremely flexible about days off, but that could be an option. Anyway, please let me know your wish list for a happier office and more productive workplace. I really am willing to do what I can for these folks!
