	At my workplace, everyone works extremely hard but we also break for fun from time to time. For example, today three of us hosted an ice cream social to celebrate our upcoming birthdays, complete with funny e-mail invitations, decorations, and a sundae-making buffet. My co-workers also decorated my office with all kinds of crazy stuff since I turn the big 4-0 this year. Do you take time once in awhile to have fun together?
