	We were asked also to find ways to make the "work atmosphere more fun".... We are in a corporate type atmosphere, so we are allowed to wear business appropriate jeans (no rips, old, etc) anyday we like, except if we have customer meetings or course. We have events throughout the year, summer pic nics, we have days when the whole head office goes to do charity work, old age homes, hospitals, foodbanks, etc. Also eviromental days, picking up garbage, planting trees in parks, followed by BBQ and Baseball games. Flex hours, as long as it doesn't interfere with meetings, account calls. As long as your work get's done. Potluck lunches. Not sure if these apply to your business, but just a few ideas.
