Eight months is not a long time and, IMO, you should still be swinging from the chandeliers and not able to wipe the grin off your face. Now your faced with counselors, self-help books and such?? Come'on.. Nurturing a relationship is one thing, having to "work" at it is an entirely different story. Is this the first guy you have dated since MM? I think so.. In a nutshell, Lillybee, don't settle. Know that YOU deserve more.
