codependency help

	Just needing to vent and once again ask for help. Kinda off topic from MM issues but I know my codendency always leads me to be with men who I want to love me so I feel fulfilled. I am struggling to get over this issue and be able to stand alone. I have been divorced for 4 years, had an affair with MM and could easily start anothe rone now. Why can't I break this cycle. FOr others who have been there, can you help!?? ANgelfood, if you read this post, I always get so inspired by your words and I am really struggling today....
