When does your joy return?

	Well, it will be 4 weeks on Friday since I blocked his number . . . total NC. Just wondering when I will feel as if I have joy in my life again. I am doing ok. Keeping busy with friends, my children and activities. But I still feel like I've had all of my joy and energy sucked out of me. This is just part of the process, right? I just want to feel happy again, but am not quite sure how to get there.
