	I understand what Kat and cat are telling you and it is very true. But a basic answer is I am in 3 months NC and some joy is starting to come back. Maybe because the weather is getting better, maybe I have learned a lot, maybe I am not thinking about him 24/7. So I know what you are asking and I think time heals and one month is probably not enough.
