	Are you financially supporting yourself? Or are they paying your bills and letting you live there rent-free? While you say that she knows, you also say she is denial. I suspect that she (and their children) would NOT be happy if she thought that you were having an affair with her H, as she may really be hoping against hope that he wouldn't be moving his mistress into their home and really hoping against hope that a friend that she has opened her home to wouldn't betray her friendship like that. I don't see much hopefulness here - I think this could be very very VERY messy and painful for a whole lot of people here.
