    > Hey Kel, we had a similar post about all of this a few months back, didn't we? Like others have said $40 is cheap! I pay $80 every time I walk in the door...but like so many, I decided it was an investment in me and has proven to be worth every penny.

...I started going when I did, because at that time (2006), when I needed the most help, her rates were $160/hour. (And I was basically not working at the time.)

Last time I went (for a quick tune up over 1.5 years ago), she'd gone up to $180/hour, and by now, I bet she's charging $200/hour.

Still worth it.

Granted, everyone's finances are different, but if the thing you are getting stuck on is within you, and if you cannot work it out on your own, a little help sorting it out goes a long way.

FWIW, and while everyone's issues are different, the biggest benefits for me came pretty early on. If I had to stop after the firsr 3-4 months, I'd still have been much better off. That's not to say that the rest was useless, since it certainly was not, but that's when I got the the biggest bang for the buck, so to speak.
