    Hmmm I just made myself a pizza the healthy way! Haha!!!
I used a high fibre/whole wheat pita & topped it with pizza sauce, mushrooms, red onions, sundried tomatoes, green peppers, tomatoes, & cheese.
I baked it at 350oC for 30min. & then broiled it for a couple of minutes.
It was yummy...
I haven't made my own pizza dough for a long time. Not sure why?!
