I appreciate all the feedback, I am always curious to peek into other OW's stories here.

I know it is not about looks in the long run...that's why I am kind of doubting myself, because the whole thing started with very intense physical chemistry, whereas some of you guys had a friendly relationship with your MM prior to the affair. Still, he says he has never quite met anyone with my personality, character, etc.

One thing sticks out in my mind, was the first night we ever hooked up, he asked me "do you think sex is important part of a relationship?" I didn't understand then why he asked me that question...now I feel like I know. He married the woman that was perfect to settle down, have children, cook and clean for him and take care of him. She looks almost like his mother actually (not that she looks old, but figure wise and facially)
Maybe he's trying to live out some sort of fantasy with me..

I am going to try the little experiment you suggested Stomper and Kanima
